I. AS AN ONLINE VISITOR

A. All information found on this website is the property of us or potentially one of our third-party partners.
B. You can view all content for you own non-commercial use as long as it is available without requiring any sign-ins, emails or payment.
C. Content provided upon sign-ins or request of email can be viewed on your own devices for your own personal and non-commercial use.
D. Content provided as a result of an agreement on payment can be used according to that agreement and as described in the section for customers (III).
E. You may never sell, transfer, license, modify the content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute or otherwise use it for public or commercial purposes without prior agreement with us.
F. The websites are provided without any warranties of any kind, in other words “as is” and “as available”. We do not make any guarantees for any of the content here nor for unintended consequences of it’s use. In other words: everything is at your own risk.
G: You are responsible for everything you might post or send to us. You will not upload any content that is breaching any laws nor could be regarded as spam or threatening. We maintain the right to delete posted content and block users.
II. AS A REAL LIFE GUEST
meaning the one who is eating our food, drinking our wine and so on…
A. Attendance to an event provided by us happens through either:
1. purchasing tickets from us through the selected ticket-provider for the event or at the location.
2. by invitation from us.
3. or by being invited by or purchasing tickets from a customer (see III).
B. We do not take any responsibility for guests who areattending due to I.A.3 as they are solely the responsibility of the customer (III) and the following points here (II) does not apply to them.
C. Our confirmation of your purchase or acceptance of invitation serves as your ticket. Unless stated otherwise you do not need to bring it – we will have your name on our guest-list.
D. We maintain the right to cancel any event up until 3 hours prior to it’s scheduled start. In that case we will contact you by either the phone or mail you registered in II.A.
E. Unless cancellation is due to circumstances such as natural disasters and soon you can choose to have either a refund or a new ticket to an event with available tickets.
F. We do not refund fees connected with your payment. And our prices are excluding such fees.
G. You cannot cancel your attendance but up until 3 days prior to the event you are allowed to change the name on the guest-list to someone else.
H. You can pay in the ways communicated by mail or listed on our website prior to the event.
I. Prices for guests are including VAT (moms/btw/sales tax), listed and to be paid in Danish kroner.
J. All ideas, concepts, design and content during this process and the event itself is and will remain the property of us unless mentioned otherwise in writing. You are in other words not aloud to copy it, apply it yourself and so on for any commercial reasons, but you are allowed to apply it for private use as described for online visitors (I).
III. AS A CUSTOMER
meaning the one who provides others with food and drinks, the happy giver in other words…and yes you are probably also a guest but you cannot be both in our law-talk, sorry!
A. You can get us to provide your guests or something like that with an event by contacting us for a quote as described here.
B. We have a binding agreement from the moment we have both agreed to price, location, date and initial number of guests. That happens when you agree to our quote.
C. After this any changes can only be made with the written consent of us.
D. Any changes to the number of guests needs to be made at the latest 7 days prior to the event. If the number is lower than the initial number we have the right to increase the
E. If you cancel an event less than 14 days prior to the agreed date of the event, you will have to pay 50 % of the agreed price. This is because we invest many hours in customising the event to you and book kitchen and staff after this deadline.
F. If you cancel an event less than 7 days prior to the agreed date of the event, you will have to pay 100 % of the agreed price.
G. In case of sickness or emergencies we have the right to cancel, change the crew or involve a 3rd party up until 5 days prior to the date of the event.
H. You can pay by invoice at the latest 8 days after it’s date of issue. Late payment will result in fees and payment of interest in accordance with the applicable law (renteloven).
I. We are entitled to request for a prepayment of up until 50%.
J. Prices for customers are excluding VAT (moms/btw/sales tax), quoted and to be paid in Danish kroner.
K. All ideas, concepts, design and content during this process and the food event itself is and will remain the property of Bite Me Crew unless mentioned otherwise in the quote. You are in other words allowed to apply it for the purpose it has been purchased for but not to copy or resell it.
IV. RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION

V. PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY

A. Bite Me Crew Denmark ApS are responsible for your data unless stated otherwise.
B. We keep the data that you give us in connecting with II.A. and III.A.
1. For II.A.1 you agree to us contacting you prior and after the event.
2. For II.A.2, II.A.3. and III.A we keep your data until no longer required.
C. We do not sell your data to third-parties but we do however share it with third-parties for the sake of practicalities. That can be your email with our newsletter-provider, your name with a ticket provider and so on.
E. We store cookies and data on your usage of this site for the sake of improving our website and providing you with better inspiration for the future.
